representatives of the housing sector.
3.2 Chris Jones, Chief Executive – Care and Repair, agreed to
provide up to date figures on demand from patients for support from
the Hospital to a Healthier Home service.
3.3 Chris Jones agreed to provide the Committee with information and data regarding discharge practices and the extent of delays across Wales.
